Something smells in the oil markets. Leif Ericson, a top CIA analyst, finds a disturbing pattern, but he can't prove anything. Misty McClaire - a Scottish engineer working for MI6, Ivan Pavkov - a Russian FSB investigator, and Feng Lu - a Chinese intelligence agent, separately uncover other parts of the plan.
